Preface: Krushnalila Training and Placement (Internship) Cell working from last 15 years for Batchelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work final year students for their holistic development and internship with job opportunities. The Krushnalila Training and Placement (Internship) Cell of Kumbhalkar College of Social Work, Wardha has an enviable track record in achieving high level of placements NGOs, companies and gov. offices. The Cell arranges and coordinates various programs that aim at moulding the students to meet the NGOs, industry expectations in career building. Krushnalila Training and Placement (Internship) Cell arrange programs of competitive exam guided by Director of Competitive class and current Competitive exam passouts. Krushnalila Training and Placement (Internship) Cell arrange many internal and external activities for holistic developments of students.
Objectives of the Committee:
1) To conduct competitive examination guidance program for college students.
2) To give opportunity of practical experience by Internship (Block Placement Training)
3) To organise campus interviews for final year students of the college.

1. Provide training to improve students’ skills and competencies and excel in their
performance.
2. Ensuring amicable code of conduct among students during selection and placement process
3. Facilitating the participating organization / industries in organizing their campus placement
drives effectively
Campus Placement Procedures for Students
The placement policy guidelines are as follows:
1. First of all, students give application to the principal then it proceeds for placement from
placement officer.
2. The students who wish to apply to a particular company/organization are required to
submit their willingness to the Training and Placement Office before the specified deadline.
3. The Training and Placement Office would provide opportunities to all its registered
students to secure the job
4. After accepting a job offer, if any student decides to withdraw his/her acceptance any time
during the year, he/she must inform the company concerned through the Training and
Placement Office immediately.
5. The students selected through campus interview will complete all the necessary formalities
(e.g. medical test) stipulated by the employer and would join the organization within
stipulated time frame. The placed students should update the Training and Placement Cell
regarding his/ her progress in the Company. Training and Placement Cell, in turn, would
obtain regular feedback from the employer regarding the performance of selected students.
As a matter of policy, the selected students should work at least for the duration of one year
in the respective (Employer) Organisation.
Code Of Conduct For Students During The Interview Process
All students attending interviews are requested to keep in mind the following instructions
1. Students must report to the Placement cell at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of
the interview.
2. Students must keep an updated copy of their resume with the recent photograph.
3. Students must Keep sufficient number of photocopies of their
documents/certificates/photographs ready and should be arranged in order.
4. Students should present themselves, in neat, fresh formal dress and polished formal shoes.
