The Anti-Ragging committee works in accordance with all the rules of the Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999. An "Anti-Ragging Committee" has been formed at Kumbhalkar College of Social Work Wardha from session 2018-19. . Ragging is a form of harassment, intimidation, or bullying that can cause physical or emotional harm to students.

As per the 2018 directives of the Government of Maharashtra and UGC , the anti-ragging committee at Kumbhalkar College of Social Work Wardha has a policy and rules. Since most of the students in the college are from rural areas, full care is taken for the safety of students in the college. All teachers and non-teaching staff as well as the principal of the college are on alert to ensure that students are not ragged in the college. Anti-Ragging Committee is essential for educational institutions to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
