1) Chairperson: A senior female employee, preferably someone who has experience with
women's issues in the workplace.
2) Members: A diverse group of women from different departments and levels within the
organization. External Advisor: Optional, an external expert in women’s rights or workplace
equality.
3) Tenure: Similar to the Sexual Harassment Grievance Cell, typically 3 years.
