INTRODUCTION

A college student is somewhat independent. He is highly dependent on others and teachers. He can choose subjects according to his own interests. Making his own decisions, determining his own interests. Thus he can make his own decisions without depending on others. He has various problems with college students like academic, social, psychological, economic, professional and recreational.

Some problems are easy to solve while for some problems he needs to take help from others, to solve them because in his view those problems are complicated and he has to develop himself by creating dissatisfaction among the problem sufferers. College Committee invites Activists and with the help of external counselors as needed to counsel the students.

OBJECTIVES

1. The objective of the committee is to create a sense of self-confidence and belonging among the troubled students.
2. To identify the abilities and limitations of the troubled students.

Committee Procedures continues in the college on Thursdays and Fridays respectively.
1. The committee works on psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, conflict etc.
2. Helping students to cope with the problem & the situation around him.
3. Helping the sufferer to realize himself & his abilities & make the most of the resources available around him.
4. Helping the sufferer students to take responsible decisions to solve the problem to alleviate their suffering & thus make the sufferer a self-disciplined person etc.
